Worship with us at Westminster

The 10:30 a.m. service in the sanctuary blends traditional and contemporary elements from responsive readings to lighting prayer candles. Music includes leadership from many groups: Chancel Choir, Hearts of Praise Choir, Hand Bell Choirs, and children's choir. Various instruments are used during the service such as piano, organ, guitar, violin, drums, bass guitar, and handbells. Each service offers a children’s time with a faith message given to and for children. Come as you are in shorts, jeans, dress, or tie. Everyone is welcomed and loved!

Children

A nursery is offered during the service for children under four years-old.  A paid Nursery Attendant is on staff to greet parents and children each week and to provide a consistent face for children when they come to church.  The nursery uses a check in system where each child receives a sticker to wear during their time in the nursery.  A sticker with the same number is given to parents that must be presented at time of pick up.

Accessibility

Our Sanctuary is handicap accessible.

When is Sunday Worship?

10:30 am, Sanctuary and Online

The 10:30 a.m. service in the sanctuary blends traditional and contemporary elements from responsive readings to lighting prayer candles. Music includes leadership from many groups: Chancel Choir, Hearts of Praise Choir, Hand Bell Choirs, and children's choir. Various instruments are used during the service such as piano, organ, guitar, violin, drums, bass guitar, and handbells. Each service offers a children’s time with a faith message given to and for children. Come as you are in shorts, jeans, dress, or tie. Everyone is welcomed and loved!

Is child care available during worship services?

Both services offer a nursery for children who are under four years old.  A paid Nursery Attendant is on staff to greet parents and children each week and to provide a consistent face for children when they come to church.  The nursery uses a check in system where each child receives a sticker to wear during their time in the nursery.  A sticker with the same number is given to parents at drop off and must be presented at time of pick up.

During each service a children’s time offers a faith message given to and for children.  Following the children time, kids who are in preschool through 2nd grade can attend children’s church which includes Bible stories, crafts and games.

Am I welcome to take communion?

Communion is served seven to nine times each year.  The Lord’s table invites all those who are baptized or seeking a deeper relationship with God through our Lord Jesus Christ sustained by the Holy Spirit.

Is the church accessible for those with disabilities?

The Sanctuary is accessible. An elevator is located in the colonnade to access both floors of the building.
